These terms explain how Speakingboard works and the rules that apply to your account.
Who we are
Speakingboard is owned and run by Seedro Systems LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions about anything? Contact us.
What Speakingboard is
Speakingboard is a Mac app and a web app. You think out loud and it builds a plan on a board as you speak, turning each job into a box.
You can steer the board by voice, drag items, type, and add files and links as sources. You can also share a board as a link or a PDF, and have the app create images, charts, and documents. AI models build the plan from your words, and Speakingboard can connect to AI apps through MCP.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Speakingboard. It is not for children under 13. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You can delete your account at any time.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is not public yet. Paid plans are subscriptions: the price and billing period are shown before you pay, and they renew automatically until you cancel.
Prices may change in the future. We will announce any price changes by email at least 30 days before they apply to your subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in the app or by contacting us.
When you cancel, you keep full access to Speakingboard until the end of the billing period you paid for. You will not be charged again after you cancel.
Refunds
If you contact us within 14 days of a charge, we will refund it in full with no questions asked.
After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Disputes
If you have any questions or concerns about a charge, please contact us first. We reply within 2 business days and will work to fix the issue.
You also retain the right to dispute a charge directly with your card issuer.
Your content
You own your boards and everything you say. You let us store, process and share your content with the providers in our Privacy policy, only to run Speakingboard for you and to improve how it understands commands. We don't sell it.
AI output
Speakingboard uses AI models to build plans and content. AI output can be wrong, so you should always check results before relying on them.
Acceptable use
When using Speakingboard, you agree to these basic rules:
- No illegal use of any kind.
- No abuse of the service or of other people.
- No attempts to break, reverse engineer, or overload our systems.
- Only add content you have the right to use.
- Before turning on Listen-In, get the agreement of everyone in the conversation.
Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You also have the right to delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
Speakingboard is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our app grows. These terms are effective as of October 28, 2026. Any updates will be posted here on our website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois in the United States.
